How much does a typical hunt cost?This can vary depending on what hunting experience you want. There are several different ways to put your hunting package together. Please give us a call and we can give you a detailed and accurate estimate.

Do I need a hunter's safety certificate?No, in the State of Kansas you are not required to have one to shoot on controlled shooting area.

Do I need a hunting license?All hunters are required to have a valid Kansas hunting license or, we can provide a controlled shooting area license. You can purchase either one at our pro shop when you visit us for your hunt.

What shot size do I need to bring?For pheasant hunting we recommend using 6 or 5 shot. For quail and chukar hunting we recommend using 8 or 7 1/2 shot. Bring twice as many shells as you think you need because you will be shooting a lot!

Can I bring my own dog to hunt with?Yes, we have outdoor kennels where your dog can stay.
